Confluence shows full blank page in all browsers for all pages and even login screen

Our Confluence is showing completely blank screen in all browsers

I believe our announcement banner message don't have closed  tags, so please guide on in which database custom HTML details are stored in DB

Not sure if you are using Announcement Banner for Confluence ...

If so, please refer to Manually Announcement Removal article to solve the problem.

Custom HTML entries can render your instance completely unusable, like your current situation. We advise that any kind of customization must be tested on a test instance before applying to your production instance.
