Confluence shows my user account twice

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are using JIRA and Confluence -both On Demand.

In Confluence I see my user profile twice (I am an administrator). In JIRA I am only listed once. I've reindexed in JIRA and did a Content Reindex in Confluence with no changes.

Any thoughts on what to else to do?

I suspect that you have encounter this bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-30050. I suggest you to raise a ticket in support.atlassian.com so we can help resolve this issue for you.
