In addition to what @Dirk Ronsmans mentioned, please check the rest of the Confluence Server logs, and try to restart Confluence. 

Please raise a support ticket with Confluence Server support if you have any difficulty.

Then I suggest you have someone start them..

if you wish to look in to the root cause of why they stopped you'll have to dive in to the eventviewer/logs/...
