Confluence template editor is displaying two search components

This observation is happening when editing a template under space settings. The editor UI is displaying two search field components instead of one component.

I haven't edited a template for a while, but I just tried, and I am seeing the same thing as you when I press Ctrl+F. 

I can still do a find/replace with the top box, and both go away when I select Close, so it appears to be a cosmetic defect, rather than anything more serious. 

Observations:

• I have Standard, so it's not related to the Free plan.
• I am still on the old navigation, so it's not that either.
• Happens when editing a template, but not when editing a page.
