Confluence unreachable

Hello,
For several days, we can not achieve our Confluence.
No error message, but only a blank page.
Installed it on Windows Server.

We can not fault (documented) found.
Where can you find the problem?

Hello,

 

the probnlem was found.

We´ve updatet to the last Version and updates the jdbc river for mysql
after the upgrade confluence works fine.

Ahh yes, I believe running the installer does not place the driver back into the class path. Just like if you downloaded a new install archive, you'd have to place the driver back in the WEB-INF/classes folder.
