Confluence update, merge and migrate to Data center

Hi All,

Recently my organization planned to Migrate to Datacenter. we have 3 servers and 2 clouds. Three servers are different versions (7.2.1, 7.4.6, 7.6.2) and different Databases. 

Could you please help on that,

1.which one fix version to update

2.Three server instance into one Server instance(Merging)

3. Two Cloud instance into One Clouds(Merging)

How can we merge both server and cloud and how can migrate to datacenter.

Please help me... If you have any particular flow chart and documents Could  you please share me.... This document is client requirement on priority. Thanks in advance.....

Could you please tell us, How can we merge server and cloud versions into one. is it possible in data center then how?
