Confluence user is automatically getting logged out from confluence while working in confluence?

Confluence is connected to AD, but synchronization is not happening properly,we used to do manually synchronization.

I have attached a snapshot of the issue which shows unknown user(saran.basappa)

So kindly help me out to resolve this.

users should not log out automatically and AD synchronization should work properly.

At this point, I think it is important for us to understand why the synchronization is failing in the first place which could potentially lead to the Confluence users getting logged out while they are actively working on it.

Let us start looking into this matter first:

Confluence is connected to AD, but synchronization is not happening properly,we used to do manually synchronization.

• Can you explain specifically what do you mean by "synchronization is not happening"? Can you provide more details such as error messages / screen shots when you click on the Synchronize button on the User Directories page? ?
• Have you scanned through the atlassian-confluence.log specific to user saran.basappa when the issue occurs / when you triggered a sync?
• When the issue occurred, did you check what is the status of the user saran.basappa & the status of the directory  from the web interface and on the database level?
