Connextion lost between confluence 7.13.19 and Jira 7.12.3

Hi,

After ugrading confluence 7.13.20 to 7.19., we have lost connection between confluence and Jira. So all users managed on jira can not log in confluence, their accees is denised.

And from confluence Administration and User directories,  synchronize Jira Server fails.

Any help could helps.
