Constantly logged out of Confluence in the middle of editing

Hello,

For some time now, I have occasionally found myself logged out in the middle of editing pages on a Confluence space. Normally, I would log back in when it requested, and I would then be able to proceed as usual, but today it seems to want to log me out every time I try to edit. I am checking the "Remember Me" box every time I log in, but that does not seem to help. I'll know that I have been logged out when a yellow box appears over the editing space, telling me that I am currently editing the page.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm if you have a JIRA instance installed on the same server or with the same DNS address as Confluence? if it's the case, you're probably facing the problem described on the following KB:

It's easy to fix it, though. You'll need to add a context path for JIRA and Confluence, and the problem will cease. :)

Can you also confirm if you have any 3rd party plugin in Confluence for authentication or SSO?
