I would like to create a custom space blueprint so that spaces are created with consistent top level pages.
e.g. create space and it automatically creates four top level pages with specific names.
If you want to write your own space blueprint here is some documentation for how to write a blueprint.

Another option if you are not progrmatically inclined would be to create a space that serves as a template for the other spaces. Then use the copy space addon to copy that space when you need to create a new one.
Hi,
First of all, disclaimer, I'm one of the developers of the following add-on.
Yoikee Creator allows you to graphically create space blueprints.
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.keinoby.confluence.plugins.yoikee-creator
Thus, it allows you create N spaces with the very same page structure. You just create a mind map, which is in fact a Space Blueprint, and you generate as many spaces as you need. Yoikee has three examples to start with: a new product, a new project and a new marketing campaign.
You can have a look in the following video

or in this blog post

We are working on the 2.0 version, a huge improvement in many aspects, but with a new feature that lets users select in each node the type of page: JIRA report, meeting notes or any other page blueprints. Thus, not only spaces but also pages are created with an initial structure, making easier start contributing right away.
Cheers,
Gorka

Hi, the version 1.2 of Yoikee Creator has been released. This version has a new macro to embed mind maps within pages and allows you to select page blueprints directly on the mind map nodes. Give it a try!

Hi Jon,
Our Add-on Page Tree Creator works a bit different than the Confluence blueprints / templates. The PTC-templates are based on normal confluence pages and therefore creating a PTC-template is as simple as creating a Confluence page. Of course you could start creating your PTC-blueprint based on an existing Confluence page.
Try our Live Examples (no registration needed).

Stephan

What i found in the manuals was how to create an empty space blueprint. But the explanation stops there and does not tell you how to predefine your space. I would like when a user create a new space it can choose my template to have the same space layout all the time .
It would be usefull to just save a space as a template but i did not find this option yet.

Did this end up being true. I very much want to make a project space template. One that has the Meetings, product requirements, and so on already attached to it.

I think you should be able to do that from Confluence Admin>Global Templates and editing System templates listed there with default space content etc.
