I want to link a bullet from one document in Confluence to documentation in a different document.

There is documentation here on how to link to an anchor on the same page, between pages in the same space, and pages in different spaces.

Let me expand the @Emily Errico's answer with the example:

Here goes some text, here goes some text

...

Here goes another text <on the same line we put anchor with the anchor name, let it be also "another text">

...

And so on

On any other page (or even on the same page), we just create an anchor link and put there the anchor name which is in our case "another text".

And that's it.

When some clicks this link it will lead to the appropriate line.
