Create from template

I want to add a 'create from template' button similar to that shown on product requirements index, to my custom template however it asks for a template name and its a mystery as to what that is.

I have an index template, lets call it Project Index and an item template, Project home template. If i add the 'createfromtemplatemaco' to the index i cannot select the project home template.

Hi Sean,

The product requirement is a blueprint not a template. So you would have to create a blueprint. That's not such an easy task. This is the reason we did develop the Page Tree Creator (PTC). You can build a PTC Template, which works like a blueprint, but without any programming skills.
