Create multiple forms

How to create a separate form in confluence? Not seeing the form option under project settings. Can someone help

Hi @Keana Vincent Confluence does not have a built-in feature to create forms, but you can use some third-party apps or integrations to add this functionality to your pages.

There's a community post introducing Microsoft Forms For Confluence that can suffice your request.
