Create open notice board in confluence for anonymous intranet

Dear all,

i need some creative advice about "How could i create a notice board within our intranet (based on latest confluence) when users will be allowed to use it "anonymously".

In the first step it will be a read only intranet with 3 spaces but i created additonally a fourth space where anonymous user has "add-permissions". Now I thought of something like "notes" within this space where our users can write as they want.

Does anyone have a creative and cool idea?

blogs are "too complicated"... :-( ... i thought of something like panels... like an old fashed sticky notes board.
