How can I turn an Excel file into a page on Confluence that allows a user to be able to filter and search based on the content in the file?

More specifically, the Excel file I have lists over 100 data claims. Each row contains additional information on the data claim. That includes creation date, expiration date, JIRA ticket #, source, type of claim, and the topic of the claim. There can be up to 4 topics of the claim (so there is four columns for "topic").

My goal is to create a page and allow a user to search by either topic, source, or type of claim. For example, if they are looking for an internal claim (type of claim) that's focused on topic abc, they'll be able to click a few buttons and it'll bring up claims that meet that criteria.

What's the best tools to build this type of page?

@Steven Erickson As far as i know there is not any way to do that in Confluence by default.

However you can still display your excel in Confluence. You can check it out here https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/office-excel-macro-375849173.html
