Creating a page where others can share links

I would like to create a page where my team can share links that apply to a specific topic. I can't figure out how to create a page that allows others to enter in fields and share links without them going in and editing the page. Other than just the open blog field, i would prefer being able to have multiple fields for the team to enter in based on the field parameters.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is not possible with the standard functions of confluence.
