Hello,
Is it possible to house a training guide that would be public facing? Example - our software would have a link that would direct users to the training guide created within Confluence.
Thank you much!

Hi Brock,
I suggest you to check out the izi for Confluence - LMS. It's one of the apps our company is developing.
The app lets you create courses, which you can use to make a training guide. It is also possible to enroll people outside of your Confluence - those without a Confluence account. Or you can let them self-enroll in Learning.
Kind regards,
Katerina [StiltSoft]
Hi Katerina!
Thank you so much for your suggestion! I will definitely check out the app!
Thank you again!

Hello Brock and welcome to the Community!
You most definitely can use Confluence external facing. Now, when your users are accessing Confluence you need to choose between authorized and anonymous access. Authorized access will require a login for each user access. Anonymous would not require user accounts (So it doesn't count towards your license), but everyone would be able to see the space.
If you’re wanting to use anonymous access then please review the following for opening up your Confluence space publically: Setting Up Public Access.
I hope this information proves helpful and you’re able to get your training content available soon!

Hi Stephen,
Excellent! Thank you for the description and help with this. Within the page, do you know if it is possible to remove the "Space Settings" feature? External clients don't necessarily need to go in to that feature for us.
Thank you again!

Hello again Brock,
If you’re talking about the top navigation bar within Confluence, then you’re able to add custom CSS to hide some of the aspects of the navigation. Confluence cloud does not offer customer CSS stylesheets, so this isn’t possible in the cloud.
If this is what you’re looking for, please create a new question for this (Since it’s outside the scope of this post) and @mention me within there and I can assist with the CSS stylesheets.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
