I have two questions which I hope someone might be able to help with.
1) I am trying to create an outline for a {roundrect}, but cannot figure out the code order for creating this. I feel silly asking such a simle question, but.... The code below shows two {roundrect} but with background color. Instead I do not want a background color, but rather an outline of that color.

2. My second question is why a page loads/displays in the middle or bottom of a page uponj clicking a link rather than defaulting to top of the page or above-the-fold? Nothing major, but rather, just annoying. Any tips are appreciated.

Amber,
1. Having just an outline does not seem to be in the works for {roundrect}. You might check out {panel} where you can control the outline color.
2. It seems to be related to browser implementation. See this issue for more discussion. Which browser/version are you using? It seems to be a good idea to raise a support request on these problems.
