Creating local variable on confluence page

Dear all,

I'm looking for a solution, which lets me create a sort of local variable, that I can assign and use in the Confluence page.

Some example:

var tblLength = length_of_the_table_on_the_same_conflu_page;

Later in the text, I can call the variable like this:
'Lorem ipsum contains {tblLength} items'
And receive output like:
'Lorem ipsum contains 43 items'

I'd really appreciate any help :)

I believe that I understand the desired behavior. However, natively we are not able to perform such in our Cloud platform. Here we can check the differences between Confluence Cloud and Server:

In Confluence Server we can achieve something pretty close to that by using User Macros or Plugins available from our Marketplace:

• [Atlassian Community] Can I use a variable with a macro? I am trying to create a custom template and use variables and a JIRA macro together.

Hi Diego,

You were right, Easy Confluence Variables will do the job. But unfortunately, we are using the Cloud platform and can't switch to the server version.

Anyway, I really appreciate your help :)
