Creating multiple reports from same table

Gooty March 10, 2019

Hi,

I am new to confluence and would appreciate any help regarding the below.

We have a confluence page where we populate our daily status report consisting of date, total test cases, pass#, fail#, pass%.

I would like to create charts / reports for the following.

1. Today's report : Includes today's execution status - total test cases, pass#, fail#, pass%.

2. Weekly report: Includes a weekly trend of the same.

Please note that the data is in a tabular form, which will be updated manually everyday.

We are looking for better representation which would help to project the work to senior management.

Any help for the above queries is much appreciated.

Hi Sameer,

By using Scaffolding and Reporting plugin you can achieve what you want.

To explain further, Scaffolding will be use to record the data (date, total test cases, pass#, fail#, pass%...) and then you can use reporting to filter the data on daily or weekly bases.

Here are a simple example on what you are trying to achieve:

In case you want the exact implementation of your use case then please raise a support ticket through ServiceRocket support portal.

Sayed
