Crowd sync randomly disconnects with Confluence

We have some users who have access to the project and they appear in confluence-user groups and the project group. Randomly the users disappears from the project group and cant access the project anymore. Anybody experienced similar situations.

Hi @Boehringer Ingelheim Atlassian support group, 

In general, crowd user directory sync is configured every one hour. Only when the User/Group changes are applied at the AD or Crowd directory level, those changes will reflect during the Confluence user directory sync.

User disappear from Project groups should not be encountered if NO changes are applied at the Crowd Directory level.
