I'm using Oauth 2.0 for confluencei want to check with some of the REST Api's for confluence with access token I've got the result while using APi tokens for authentication purpose, but i can't use accesstokens instead API token at the time i'm having this error

based on the error it seems that Confluence correctly authenticates user. Please verify that user has permission to use Confluence (https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-access-to-products/)
