Hello,

we would need a workarround for our customer data to make it "DSGVO" compliant.

We got data from our customers in our "project spaces" like the name, the phone number.

My idea was it to change the customer data into a number and maybe to use a makro or plugin which can create a textfile on our Sharepoint with the customer data (which we insert manually, or automatic if possible)

In detail: i need to create a project with customer data. I use a plugin or macro, choose the directory and the name of the Sharepoint i want to save the data. And in this file i can put the customer data. In the project space i would only be allowed to se the id of the customer with a link to the sharepoint customer data file.

Is there any way actually to do this? Or would there be some other workarround you know.

Thank you very much in advance for your help

Hi @David Petrovic

Out of the box you will not be able to do that.  However, try the powerscripts for confluence. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219507/power-scripts-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter

Use a script instead and have it call a csv with the customer mapping file in the directory and add the macro to the page.

We have done something similar in jira, so I wouldn't know if this works in confluence.
