Default label for all new pages created in a space

Is there any way to add a default label to new pages created within a space? We are trying to identify new pages added to a space so we know they need to be reviewed. Once we have reviewed them, we add a "reviewed" labeled, but since you can not search for pages within a space that do not have a label, we need a way to identify all newly created pages.

I am sorry to inform you that currently we don't have such function.
However, there is an existing improvement request here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-34613

We recommend our users to comment and vote on the feature request, and customer's feedback is one of the things that the developers decide to work on next as mention in the Implementation and new features policy,do leave some comments if you have any suggestion for improvement.
