Default space content for standardisation

Hi this is a question about setting up confluence.

Is there a way to set up default space structure? i.e as soon as a space is created, it is populated with the default homepage template and three default template pages (with stub content) below it in the tree?

We have a few spaces and just wanted to look at a way of helping staff standardise a bit of the content to make finding things easier within the company... I hope that makes sense.
