Delete Organization

Hi,

I want to delete a site that i accidentally created. I read the instruction and unsubscribed bills. I have been waiting for more than a month but still don't have permission to delete this organization. Here is my status now:

What should i do next or just keep waiting. Thanks for your help.

You can refer below steps and documentation before proceeding.

Note - If you need to restore an organization, contact Atlassian support within 15 days of deleting it.

1. Go to Atlassian Administration: Navigate to admin.atlassian.com

2. Select your organization: If you have multiple organizations, select the one you want to delete.

3. Go to settings or Select Settings

4. There you will see option Delete organization, which might be disable for you.

i have read the docs and tried to unsubscribe the bill and delete products or domains. But in these above images, i can not remove the existed bill or products. So why can i still not delete the organization although i have waited for a month?
