Hi all,
how can i detach a Jira Calendar from MS Outlook? The calendar has been added by a link and is not visible in the left column (overview calendars). The appointments in this calendar do not differ from appointments in my own calendar.
I googled this several times but I haven´t found a solution.
Thanks for your help.
Hi Shannon,
sure: Microsoft Outlook for Mac (Version 15.39)
Thanks,
anja
Anja,
I have version 16.11 for Mac, but it doesn't appear to have a way to subscribe to an internet calendar within the app.
Per Subscribe to Team Calendars from Outlook:
Subscribe to a Team Calendar from Microsoft Outlook (Mac)
Outlook for Mac 2011/2016 Clients do not have the ability to subscribe to an internet calendar.
If you have access to Outlook Web Access (OWA), you can open an Internet Calendar, and have it appear in your Outlook client.
Is it possible that it was added via OWA or on the server side? I would speak to your administrator and see if you're not able to find it in OWA.

Anja,
Thank you for following-up.
Unfortunately then, in that case, you'll try to see if you can remember how it was added in the first place. Both our documentation and this discussion on Microsoft's website says it's not possible within Outlook for Mac.
You will need to discuss this further with your IT team as they are the ones that will be able to help you in the end.
We can help support you with the exact functionality within Team Calendars but Microsoft software is a bit out of the scope of this forum.

Shannon

Hi Anja,
Can you let us know what version of Outlook you're using? I'm not too familiar with Outlook itself but I want to see if I can find out anything for you to help you remove your Confluence Team Calendars subscription.
Regards,
Shannon
