Can you please provide the details of PostgreSQL version supported by Confluence 6.15.8?

Currently, we are running PostgreSQL version 9.5.22 and we need to upgrade this version to latest version of PostgreSQL which is supported by Confluence 6.15.8.
Also, share the steps to perform on Confluence while applying PostgreSQL upgradation.

We are not allowed to upgrade the Confluence version 6.15.8
