Did "Page Family Watches" go away in 4.3?

We don't see the ability to set a page family watch anymore. Did this go away from 4.3? Our previous version was 4.1.

It was a useful feature, how can we get it back?

It's a plugin from Adaptavist - they're apparently not updating their free plugins anymore.
