I was going to update / consult the Confluence wiki pages made by students for our open source project at openiss.atlassian.net, but it it seems to have all disappeared without a warning. I need to have it restored? It was a small academic instance. Thank you.
Hello @s_mokhov
Your post tags indicate you are using Free subscriptions. Is that accurate?
When was the last time any user logged into Confluence on either site?
Free product subscriptions that have had no logins/access for 120 days will be deactivated due to inactivity, and after 15 more days the content and product will be deleted entirely from the Organization. These actions are preceded by emails being sent to the Organization Admin and Billing Contacts at least. I'm not sure if they are also sent to Product Admins.
If your product subscription has been deactivated and the content and product finally deleted, there is no way to restore it.
If you are the Organization Admin for the Organization under which the sites exist, you should be able to review the Billing page to see if the product subscriptions are still present and determine if there is still an option to reactivate them.
Hi Trudy, IIRC, it was academic/Standard, a not "Free" in the past. We log in as needed, mostly via bitbicket only then when some issues or docs needed consulting would be on Confluence. I guess it switched at some point to "Free", but I don't recall the 120 day notifications at all :(
I'll check the billing page

I have not done anything. I am not an Atlassian employee so I don't have any access to your site or billing account.
There may have been some sort of Atlassian Cloud incident that affected your access. If it happens again check their Status page:
