Hi there!
1. Within the field, "Date," within Databases, is there a way to report changes made to the field like you can with Jira and JPD?
2. Like JPD, is there a way to "Group By" a certain field?
Confluence Databases have limitations when it comes to tracking changes and activity. Unlike Jira or JPD, they do not support field-level change history or audit trails, including for date fields.
This limitation restricts the ability to create advanced visualizations like swim lanes or timelines, unlike JPD's more robust grouping capabilities.
This limitation has been raised in the Atlassian Community - Database change tracking where other users are asking for built-in change tracking in Confluence Databases, especially for use cases similar to what Jira and JPD support.
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
