Do all nodes in a Data Center cluster restart Synchrony?

In a Data Center instance with two nodes, when you click Restart on the Collaborative editing page does it restart Synchrony on both nodes or just the node you are on?

As recomended in the second link we chose the to let Confluence manage Synchrony and I am looking for verification that this means that when Restart is triggered from the Confluence Admin page that Synchrony on both nodes in our cluster are restarted.
