Does Confluence allows people with viewing access only to submit any edit/change request? S

So the request can be approved by the page admin just like GitBook. OR is there any other way for viewers to suggest changes to a page? I know there are inline comments but that's not an efficient way.

Hi @Nidhi Sharma ,

if user has just view permission, user can suggest page updates through inline comments or comments by builtin feature.

My suggestion is to try the following plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222276/workflows-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud that allows you to put in place a workflow with approvals for your pages.

Change the page restrictions to view only, that should make the restricted users just view the page or both view and edit the page!! and online comments is the only way to manage the suggestions if you are not using any add-ons
