Hi,
There is a configurable upper limit to how large an attachment can be. We have a video presentation that we'd like to have in Confluence. It's roughly 800 MB. We have attached it to our test Confluence (we changed the size limit temporarily) and it works. But does any one know if this may cause performance issues if we do this in our live environment with 200+ users?
Regards,
Lars
Thank you. And when we are "finished with" and I remove the attachment, is it physically removed from the server, or is it retained for traceability reasons?
It is physially removed.

It shouldn't cause any issues other than storage space! Make sure you don't install any plugins that searches within the attachments ;)
