Download errors out with 404 for edgecast CDN using HTTPS Everywhere

When trying to download the Atlassian software from their content delivery provider, it gives a 404 error.

This is due to my extension in Chrome called HTTPS Everywhere. The CDN has SSL enabled properly but is not redirecting the request properly. A work around is to disable HTTPS Everywhere for Atlassian and their CDN.
