Draw I/O diagrams showing differently once space was migrated

Has anyone noticed Draw I/O diagrams looking different once a space has been migrated over to a different instance.  We run the Draw I/O Conversion tool as part of our migration of spaces process so prior diagrams that were built using Gliffy is converted to Draw I/O.  We have found diagrams that were already built in Draw I/O now include 2 diagrams (one that looks exactly the same and an additional diagram)

When you look at the attachments, you now see two with the exact same name and one has a label of drawio_converted and the other shows a label of draw IO

This is very weird

The "drawio_converted" attachment is the original gliffy diagram, it's not deleted. The other is the current drawio diagram.
