Dropdown next to "Confluence" icon in title bar not working

I presume the icon to the left of the word "Confluence" in the blue title bar is some sort of dropdown menu (three short horizonal rows arranged vertically). But, when I click on it, I see a spinning wheel with the text "Loading ..." to the right of the spinning wheel. Any idea what is the proper behavior and what I can do? See same behavior in Chrome and FF. The other links to the right of the word "Confluence" are Spaces, People, and Create. Any insights appreciated. Thanks much.

This was a bug introduced in the latest OnDemand update. You will need to contact Support to have them fix it up for you.
