EazyBI integration with Confluence is not working

Hi, we are unable to view the EazyBI report in confluence for some users.

It is saying you are not authorized to perform this request.

can you please help us on this? Which role we need to assign to view the report?

A user should be a user of the eazyBI account as well to see eazyBI reports published in Confluence page or Jira dashboard using gadgets (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/publish-reports/eazybi-gadgets-in-confluence-pages). 
I would recommend to add a Jira user group (for example, jira-users) to eazyBI account and grant it Viewer or Dashboards viewer role (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/account-users).
