In our Confluence platform, when attempting to access a Confluence page in edit mode, the images are not loading as expected. This issue obstructs the ability to edit content efficiently and affects the overall user experience. Investigating and resolving this problem is crucial to ensure seamless editing and maintenance of content within Confluence.
Upon attempting to edit a Confluence page, I have observed a recurring issue where the images within the page fail to load, presenting a perpetual loading state. This occurrence impedes the editing process and diminishes the effectiveness of content management within Confluence. It is imperative to address this concern promptly to restore normal functionality and ensure a smooth editing experience, facilitating efficient collaboration and content enhancement.
Thanks for the suggestion, it is removed.
Hi @Sabyasachi Bose ,
Please can you share a snapshot of the issue you face? that might help clarify the issue that you face.
PS: would recommend removing the link to your confluence page, since this is a global community site, and you wont need everyone trying to access the link

Hi @Sabyasachi Bose ,
Thanks for sharing the image :
From the looks of it, the image isn't rendering for your browser, does this occur on all browsers? Or for all the users at your end?
Perhaps you can check the Browser console when you open the edit mode, if you get an error there, it maybe the reason why the image breaks. If changing the browser, or resetting the settings doesn't work, then you might have to get in touch with Atlassian's support to raise this as a bug : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
