Edit Template - can't find 'browse' option

I'm new to Confluence and am the system and space admin, and am trying to update some space templates I created. I've read the documentation, but I CANNOT for the life of me find the Browse option to do what the documentation tells me: Choose Browse > Advanced > Templates. A list of templates for the space is displayed.

Where the heck is the 'browse' option?

Looks like this is not an option in the On Demand version of Confluence... which stinks, but what can you do?
