Edit in Office not working

Hello,

When certain users try edit in office they get an error that the "Address is not recognized". They do a Firefox refresh and it works only one time after refresh. Do you have any idea that this problem could be?

Hi,

This issue happens on a fresh install of Firefox with the plugins updated. The logs don't show anything out of the ordinary.

Or check the logs in confluence or the developer tools within the browser to see if anything obvious appears..

Maybe try disabling any installed addons in firefox.. or update them via the plugins section..
