I have a table but need to be able to track something like an excel doc would. For instance, I need to count the number of highlighted cells in a column and keep it a running number. Can this be done in Confluence?
Hi @SAlevy ,
At the moment it is not possible to perform calculations/aggregation in Confluence without any 3rd party apps.
So you may look into the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (that is our add-on) - please book a suitable time-slot for a live demo here.
The app allows you to filter, calculate, aggregate, visualize, transform and reuse static and dynamic tabular data, so it is a paid add-on. But if your hosting is Cloud and you have 1-10 users, then it's free.
Thanks - was hoping to find a way to do it without an add-on, which equates to expense. Just wanted to see if there was functionality within what is already there.

Hi @SAlevy
Natively you can automatically only generate row numbers in Confluence.
For a full spreadsheet functionality you can try our Excellentable add-on to get the full functionality of Excel in Confluence.
