Editing an existing document in Confluence

I have edited an existing document in Confluence and selected Publish. However, the changes did not publish, but has "unpublished changes" at the top. Why is this happening and how do I get it published? Thanks!

Does anyone else on your team publish edits to this page? If so, there is a chance someone on your team has restricted your publishing.
