Editing other people's profiles / personal pages

We have purchased 50 user licences for a business of 350. We would like to pre populate personal spaces for the remaining 300 staff as opposed to them editing the pages themselves.

Is this possible?

A confluence system administrator can create personal spaces for individuals and edit content in those spaces without having to be mentioned in the space permissions.

After you create a new space like you would any other space go to the Space Details screen on the Space Admin tab and click edit. An option will appear to Convert to Personal Space. After choosing the owner click convert and now the person will have a personal space.

This does not include adding photos though? We would like images of all staff added to personal spaces..
