Email notification settings

Hi,

Is there a way for the Administrator to update the default "Email notification setting" for new users? 

we don’t want new users to be proactive in managing their notifications.

Confluence Administrators can set the default options for the recommended updates notification. Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration under Confluence Administration. Click Recommended Updates Email in the left-hand panel
