Email notifications in "Discussions" plugin

We are using "discussions" plugin for confluence. And my question is why I'm not receiving notifications over my email when my question is answered? Is it possible to enable email notifications in "Discussions" plugin, and if so, how can I do it?

May I ask you if this problem persists on your side? if so, can you please report it with more details (confluence version, screenshots..) on our Support JIRA instance http://lab.spectrumgroupe.fr/jira/ so we can investigate the problem.
