Hi everyone. We have a license for jira and confluence. But we forgot email. I mean email which used to purchase a license. How we can to solve this problem?

Contact Atlassian and quote the SEN (Support Entitlement Number) seen on the screen. Ask for the technical contact used to buy the license. Use your official email address to communicate with them, mostly they should be able to help.
