Hi,

We noticed that emails that are coming from Jira showing as "sender might be impersonating a domain that's associated with your organization". Can you please provide steps how to resolve this issue. Jira.JPG

Hello @Balaji Parepally

While @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- 's answer might solve your problem, it might still cause problems for your customers. E-mail might end up in the spam folder instead of their inbox.

In order to resolve this, please check your DNS settings, especially the SPF, DMARC and DKIM records.

This article collection does a great job explaining all the required steps for using a custom domain:

Add custom email addresses for product notifications

Please let me know if you run into any problems.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You'll need to tell your mail client, or your mail server, that emails from Jira are ok.
