Firefox is no longer displaying embedded Gliffy diagrams, although the frame shows up and if moused over, the gliffy buttons appear.
If I open them fullscreen, it shows up normally.
Firefox version: 138.0.1 (64-bit)
This is in Linux, but the same issue appears in Windows Firefox.
The same page displays normally in Chrome
Hi Vanessa!
If you haven't yet, would you be willing to open a support ticket with the Gliffy team? You can email support@gliffy.com. We're happy to investigate further!
Thanks!
Samie
Welcome to the community.
Clear you cache and cookies, try an incognito window in Firefox and check fro browser integrations that are active.
I suspect you are using the latest browser version.
And it's browser related, not product as you mention it works in a different browser.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam - thanks for replying.
I already tried an incognito window, cleared cookies and cache and turned off all my browser integrations. No difference.
I think it's clear that it's a browser related issue - but is it a case of Firefox displaying incorrectly, or just that Firefox has different, correct, expectations about how Gliffy/Confluence should be working that are not enforced by other browsers?
I'm also wondering if it's something specific about my company environment or whether this is affecting other Firefox users?

Then it looks like an issue in Firefox, this can be due ot Firefox being more strict on security then the other browsers, are you also in the latest. version.
But yes, it could also be relted to company polies on company hardware.
