Embedded pictures in the page are not visible and System Error on tryin to download all attachments.

Lately, on our confluence 7.3.3 on-Prem Server, we have experienced this intermittently taht page with embedded pictures, don't show  pictures anymore.

if we click the brocken pic icon is clicked then the following error comes up

if we go to Page's > all Attachments and then try to download all attachment from there 

using "download all" on the bottom 

We see the following System Error

@bstech by look at logs shared by you it seems your database connection is misbehaving, to diagnose this,

• Can you please check state of DB connection (if this is stable)
• Also check number of open transaction on your DB
• Please also check network health 

These are just assumption based on logs, but with more information we will be able to better diagnose this.
